Frequently Asked Questions – Parent Account

Is it necessary to create an account in order to submit forms online?

No.

I have submitted forms through Rank One before; does this mean I already have an account?

No. Your account must be created separate from any previous forms submittal.

What information do I need to create an account?

Your Name and a valid email address.

What is the benefit of creating an account?

Creating an account will allow you to login to Rank One and:
  • See the required forms for all of your students
  • Download a copy of the online forms submitted

What if I do not know my student's ID number?

Please contact your school athletic administrator to retrieve your student's ID number.

"ID number does not exist." shows up when I enter my student's information?

This error means the ID number you are entering does not match the ID associated with your student's profile in Rank One. Please contact your school sports administrator to retrieve the exact student ID.

How do I get a copy of forms I have filled out online?

Use the following steps to retrieve a PDF copy of any form submitted online:
  1. Log in to your Rank One parent account.
  2. Click on the "My Athletes" tab.
  3. Click on the "Click to View Forms/Status" link
  4. Click on the "Download PDF" link on the row of the form you would like to retrieve

My Student's Form says "Not Available for Download"

You are only allowed to download forms that were submitted through your account. If the form is Not Available for Download, this means the form was submitted from a different parent account. You will need to contact your school administrators to retrieve a copy of the form.

What are the "Paper Documents to be submitted"?

These documents may NOT be submitted online. The school district has made the forms available at these links so that you can download the form from this site. These forms must be physically turned in to your school administrator.

Why does it say "Out of Compliance" next to my student's name?

Out of Compliance means that your student has not met all requirements that have been established by the school district prior to participation. If you have completed all online forms and your student is still Out of Compliance, please contact your school administrator.

I have submitted all online forms, but my student still says "Out of Compliance"?

Students are "Compliant" once all requirements established by your school district have been met. Even if you have submitted all online forms, school administrators may still need to manually approve requirements. Please contact your school administrators with questions.
